To make threads easier, I'll generally be going with this rough outline of what happens to Yuki after his fight with Mafuyu:
- after the fight, they grow farther apart and break up. Yuki regrets not doing more to stay together, but life continues to keep them apart; Mafuyu most likely pursues a university education, while Yuki barely manages to graduate and decides to forego school in order to focus on music.
- this version of Yuki becomes a little more jaded and depressed, though he doesn't typically show that side of himself to most people.
- he becomes a bit of a partier, drinking and staying up late, attending as many concerts and live shows as he can scrape together money for.
- he avoids forming deep relationships because he isn't truly over his first love; instead, he uses sex as an escape.
